The pokies VIP programme is presented as a ten-level XP ladder, but its published rewards are mainly bonus credits rather than physical gifts. The only clearly listed non-cash item is a new Lamborghini Huracán at the highest level, Rhodium. For readers comparing the pokies VIP options, the key issue is not just the reward value but also the lack of published delivery, eligibility and fulfilment terms.
The pokies VIP ladder and its published rewards
The loyalty system has ten levels, starting at Copper and ending at Rhodium. Each level above Copper requires a further XP block. The published structure names an XP Redemption Bonus at several levels and a Wager Free Bonus from Bronze upward. It does not state how much wagering earns one XP, so the time or spending needed to reach any level cannot be calculated reliably.
Which VIP levels include a physical reward?
Only Rhodium, level 10, is described as including a physical reward: a new Lamborghini Huracán. The lower nine levels list monetary bonuses only. No watch, clothing, electronics, voucher, merchandise package or other deliverable is identified in the available VIP details.
| Level | Additional XP | XP Redemption Bonus | Wager Free Bonus |
|---|---|---|---|
| Copper | Starting level | None listed | None listed |
| Steel | 125 | A$2.50 | None listed |
| Chrome | 500 | A$10 | None listed |
| Bronze | 2,000 | A$40 | A$25 |
| Silver | 7,500 | A$150 | A$120 |
What is known about the Rhodium car
Rhodium is the tenth VIP level and requires 10,000,000 additional XP. Its published reward is A$200,000 in XP Redemption Bonus, A$100,000 plus a new Lamborghini Huracán as the Wager Free Bonus. The wording establishes the headline reward, but it does not explain whether the car is supplied directly, transferred through a dealer or replaced with another benefit.
Why delivery conditions matter
A vehicle reward involves questions that ordinary bonus credits do not. The available information does not state the model year, colour, registration, insurance, transport, taxes, servicing, ownership transfer or delivery location. It also does not say whether a winner must meet Australian registration requirements or collect the vehicle personally.
- Check whether the reward is still displayed in the current VIP terms.
- Ask support to confirm the exact vehicle and its specifications.
- Request written details about transport, registration and ownership costs.
- Keep copies of the level confirmation and all related correspondence.
How the XP levels relate to other VIP benefits
The ladder gives larger cash-based rewards as the levels rise. At Gold, the published XP requirement is 30,000 and the two listed bonuses are A$600 each. At Platinum, the figures rise to 125,000 XP, A$2,500 and A$3,000. The programme does not publish an XP earn rate, downgrade policy, personal manager benefit or faster withdrawal service.
Are there regular physical gifts?
No regular physical gift schedule is published. The available details identify only the Rhodium car, while Copper through Titanium list cash or wagering-related rewards. Readers should not assume that reaching a lower level triggers merchandise, a parcel or a mailed gift unless support confirms it for the specific account.
| Level | Additional XP | XP Redemption Bonus | Wager Free Bonus |
|---|---|---|---|
| Gold | 30,000 | A$600 | A$600 |
| Platinum | 125,000 | A$2,500 | A$3,000 |
| Palladium | 500,000 | A$10,000 | A$15,000 |
| Titanium | 2,000,000 | A$40,000 | A$75,000 |
| Rhodium | 10,000,000 | A$200,000 | A$100,000 plus a Lamborghini Huracán |
Account access and checking VIP eligibility
Players generally need to use the account area to review their level and available rewards. The pokies log in process is separate from the question of whether a gift is guaranteed. A displayed level may show bonus entitlements, but the available VIP information does not confirm that it provides a delivery claim, a fulfilment date or an automatic vehicle order.
What to confirm before relying on a gift
Ask for the current XP balance, the level required, the exact reward wording and any conditions attached to redemption. Also confirm whether the account must remain open and verified. Identity checks may be requested before payout, and a physical reward could require additional information that is not listed in the general VIP description.
- Sign in and record the displayed VIP level and XP balance.
- Read the current reward wording rather than relying on older screenshots.
- Contact support with specific questions about eligibility and delivery.
- Wait for written confirmation before treating a physical item as assured.
Important limits on the available information
The VIP details do not publish an XP earn formula, expiry periods, downgrade rules or a cashback rate. They also do not set delivery deadlines for the Lamborghini or explain how disputes about a physical reward would be handled. Independent pokies discussions may provide personal views, but they cannot replace current written terms from the operator.
Conclusion: treat VIP gifts as unconfirmed until documented
The pokies VIP ladder clearly lists cash-style rewards across ten levels and mentions a Lamborghini Huracán only at Rhodium. It does not provide practical delivery conditions for that vehicle or identify a wider range of physical gifts. Before pursuing a VIP reward, verify the current terms, ask precise questions about ownership and delivery, and retain written confirmation of every promise.</p
